Order a gift from Mercy Gift House & Flowers and we will deliver it to the patient's room.
The Gift House & Flowers offers a variety of gifts, fresh flowers, plants, greeting cards, magazines, toiletries, sundries and more. Located in Mercy’s Main Lobby, the shop is staffed by employees and volunteers who can assemble and deliver a gift to any Mercy patient. Or, if you choose, you may purchase one of our pre-packaged selections as a simple way to show you care.
Select your gift*, fill out the ordering information and we'll deliver your selection right away to the patient's room during Gift Shop hours. If the patient has already been discharged, we will notify you and your order will not be processed. Please call the Gift Shop at (515) 247-3084 with any questions or specific requests.
A $1 delivery fee will be added to all online purchases. Mercy Gift House & Flowers is a non-profit organization; therefore, no sales tax is added to your order. Orders will be delivered the following weekday.
Mercy Gift House & Flowers accepts cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
When shopping for patients, keep in mind that Mercy's intensive care units (including NICU, PICU, and surgical and cardiac intensive care units) do not permit plants or flowers in patient rooms. Call the main gift shop number and one of our staff will be happy to assist you in finding an alternative gift for intensive care patients.
