Patient Service Centers
At Mercy Clinical Laboratory, our goal is to ensure your visit is a pleasant experience. For your convenience, you can visit any Patient Service Center (PSC). Click here to find the PSC nearest you. Appointments are not necessary.
If your laboratory test requires you to fast, please follow these instructions:
- Do not eat or drink anything (other than water) for 10-12 hours prior to collection.
- Water and normal medications are recommended (it will not affect the test results).

What to Bring
To accelerate your visit, please bring the following:
- Your insurance card
- The laboratory order from your provider (if not already faxed in from the office)
- Photo ID
Your Lab Results
Everything we do at Mercy Clinical Laboratory is done to ensure quality care for you and accurate results for your care. If you have any questions regarding your results, we encourage you to talk directly with you ordering provider. They will be able to best interpret the results while considering your medical history, provider examination, and other test results.
